What you first is sign up for a free account and verify your e-mail address. Then you can bid on ad slots on websites. Some are free! Also you can depostit money into your account via PayPal ($5 minium) and bid on more popular sites. I just think its a really cool resource for those who want to promote their Etsy business who are just starting out and need exposure.
